CabinTM "is an original
Estes Park Homestead, a private home, which dates the property
to 1915, the same year Rocky Mountain National Park was established.
You can walk out the door from the home into the absolutely
gorgeous Rocky Mountain Park!!
"Bear Paw"
was originally designed and built as two cabins by the homesteaders
daughters, "the sisters" on the property. The 30
acres was originally 8 charming cabins scattered in
the woods.
The ladies called
them "the summer" cabin and the " the winter cabin" .
During the 1980's, the two quaint cabins were combined into
one delightful home.
The current owners,
Kim and her adorable Black Lab,"Dixie", continued
the project in 1998, and finished the cosmetics, amenities
and decor ....thus creating the original Colorado "Bear
Paw Cabin".

are full of good energy and lots of love!!
