the Winter Season-
Left Paw of the Bear Paw CabinTM
may be rented separately for small groups of 1 - 2. The "Left
Paw" includes the full kitchen, family room with gas
fireplace, queen bedroom, dining/family, tv/dvd/phone." Right
Paw" includes the stone (woodburning) fireplace in Great room
with wet bar, master bedroom with queen and trundle, full bath,
laundry room, 2 tv's/dvd/vcr/stereo/phone.
Doggies welcome in both
"Paws".

Balance
due 20 days prior to date of arrival.
Cancellation notice of 30 or more days prior to arrival
is required to receive deposit refund. $100 cancell
fee.
A $ 60.00 handling fee charged on all changed
reservations. If less than 30 days payments received
are non-refundable. However we try to rebook for
you and the difference is refundable if the cabin can
be rented during same period. Emergencies are flexible
per situation. We will try our best to assist with changes.

Check in after 3:00 pm, check out by 10:00
am.
WE LOVE DOGGIES AND THEY ARE WELCOME if we have made
a confirmation/reservation. Please leave your pets at
home unless prior arrangements have been made. Small
fees for weekend and weeks. Trails at the YMCA
& National Forest are dog friendly...most off leash.Pets
are only NOT permitted on Rocky Mountain National Park
TRAILS. The Village of Estes Park is VERY dog friendly.
