Left Paw of the Bear Paw CabinTM may be rented separately for small
groups of 1 - 2. The left Paw includes the full kitchen & bath
gas fireplace,queen bedroom, dining/family, tv. Right Paw includes
the large stone (wood) fireplace in great room with wet bar, master
bedroom,full bath, laundry room,

Reservations Deposit
We accept cash, personal checks, MC, Visa,
Discover and Amercan Express.
Rates are subject to only state taxes. (3.7%) - Bear
Paw.
Minimum nights required for holidays.
Summer rates apply.
50% deposit
required, credit card # held for security deposit.
Cancellation notice of 30 or more days prior to arrival
is required to receive full deposit refund.
A $ 60.00 handling fee charged on all cancelled
or changed reservations. If less than 30 days, deposit/balance
is non-refundable, unless cabin can be re-rented. We
will try our best to assist in changes.
Check in after 3:00 pm, check out 10:00 am.
Please leave your pets at home unless prior arrangements
have been made. Small fees for weekend/week.They are
also not permitted on Rocky Mountain National Park trails.
All Bear Paw Properties are a non-smoking environment.
