(Winter Only)

During the Winter Season- Left Paw of the Bear Paw Cabin^TM may be rented separately for small groups of 1 - 2. The left Paw includes the full kitchen & bath gas fireplace,queen bedroom, dining/family, tv. Right Paw includes the large stone (wood) fireplace in great room with wet bar, master bedroom,full bath, laundry room,

Reservations Deposit

		We accept cash, personal checks, MC, Visa, Discover and Amercan Express.
		Rates are subject to only state taxes. (3.7%) - Bear Paw. Great Savings! Apply your savings to gas!!
		Minimum nights required for holidays. Summer rates apply for Holiday weeks.
		50% deposit required, credit card # held for security deposit. Balance due 20 days prior to date of arrival.
		Cancellation notice of 30 or more days prior to arrival is required to receive full deposit refund.
		A $ 60.00 handling fee charged on all cancelled or changed reservations. If less than 30 days, deposit is non-refundable. Balance is refundable if the cabin can be rented during same period. Emergencies are flexible per situation. We will try our best to assist with changes.
		Check in after 3:00 pm, check out by 10:00 am.
		We love doggies and they are welcome if we have confirmation. Please leave your pets at home unless prior arrangements have been made. Small fees for weekend week. Trails at the YMCA & National Park are dog friendly. They are only not permitted on Rocky Mountain National Park trails. The Village of Estes Park is very dog friendly.WOOF!
		All Bear Paw Properties are a non-smoking environment.
